Search engines like Google frowns a lot at copyrighted images and contents without the sole permission of the owner or when not referenced. You account can be flagged and even banned if your are fond of using copyrighted materials on you contents.
Google encourages authenticity of images and contents and this also helps your ranking (though its one of the least criteria to rank on google, but it does help), and also your acceptance to be a google AdSense publisher. So, if you intend to start a blog, always write unique and authentic contents and avoid plagiarism of any sort.

Copyright is a type of intellectual property law that protects the works of owners from been reproduced duplicated, redistributed, e,t,c., without proper permission from the author or owner.

Head over to google (chrome browser)
Search for a desired keyword
Click on Images
Proceed and click on “Tools” (for mobile users, change your tab to a “desktop site” to be able to view this).
Click on “Usage Rights”
Process and click on “Creative Common Licenses” and wait for it to load.
You will be able to download any of the images and reuse as it has been permitted.
Creative common licenses allow content creators, bloggers, e.t.c., to use images without altering any aspect of it. It does not permit commercial usage.
